The new parking facility consists of two parts: a guarded parking providing room for approximately 1,200 bicycles and an unguarded parking containing 1,000 spaces. Overall, there will be four different rates for guarded parking of bicycles at the train station.
At some locations parking will be free of charge, but elsewhere guarded parking will cost 1.20 Euro a day or 99 Euro a year. A parking for bicycles requiring less space (due to folding handlebars) will be half price.
People desiring their own ‘first-class’ space – provided with their own number – will pay half as much again. There will even be 'valet parking' where the bicycle will be parked and retrieved from the parking for the owner.
