Sweden has at last, 2016, got all emergy hospitals to report. The system is called STRADA. It has about the same proportions:Somewhat 3 times more bicycle accidents are hospital reported than police reported. Including bicyclists who get to the emergency without ambulance.

And then you have injuries that never get hospital attention, perhaps they become an insurance case, perhaps not.
