The Delft store might be designed for Den Haag/Rotterdam etc. residents but in fact happens to be very close to the student/historic city of Delft. I have used one of these bikes twice in my last two moves and was awesome -- although this is only an anecdotal evidence as I was a priori interested in cycling and green mobility anyway. I do not think this will make people not drive their cars to IKEA. I do think this provides one more step of freedom to those of us who choos
