Oss, Hescheweg , bicycle street. In September of 2003 local authorities in Oss opened the longest bicycle street in the Netherlands. The bicycle street is 3,5 km long and has two different lay-outs: 1) two lanes with a surmountable median strip and 2) a single lane bordered on both sides by a side strip. In addition a solitary bike path has been constructed on a stretch of road.
