In The Netherlands, it is not unusual to go on cycling throughout the year, but there is still great potential for improving winter cycling here. This is why we are excited to announce that the Winter Cycling Congress 2015 will be held in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, February 10-12, 2015.  

This is the fiirst winter cycling conference, bringing together an international community in order to further research, best practices and connections among enthusiasts for the promotion and facilitating of cycling throughout the snow and ice of winter. This year's Winter Cycling Congress, made possible with the support of the Regionaal Orgaan Verkeersveiligheid Fryslan, (Regional Traffic Safety Board of the Province of Fryslân), has been organised by our partner Mobycon.

It is not too soon to get involved. Fill out this short survey to help shape the 2015 congress. The Winter Cycling Congress is a project of the Winter Cycling Federation, which is committed to furthering knowledge in this emerging area.
